ApexWeb Studios ("ApexWeb," "we," "us") builds and maintains websites for local service businesses in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through apexindesign.com and how we use it.

- Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and industry when you request a demo or contact us.
- Client account information: billing details, website content, logos, photos, and login details for services you ask us to connect (such as your domain registrar or Google Business Profile).
- Usage data: basic, aggregated information about how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests and schedule calls.
- To design, host, maintain, and improve your website.
- To bill you for your subscription through our payment processor.
- To send service updates and, if you agree, occasional marketing emails.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run ApexWeb, such as hosting, payment processing, scheduling, and email tools, and only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it.
Payments
Payments are handled by a third-party processor such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Email communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by replying "STOP" or using the unsubscribe link in the email. Service emails about your account may still be sent while you are a client.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep it for as long as you are a client and as long as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes afterward.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing maydee@apexindesign.com. Residents of some states, such as California, may have additional rights under state law.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
